How to redeem my old certificate which I obtained with old removed account.

Dear Microsoft Team,

I have two old Microsoft Office certificates which are Office Access and Office Excel, which will be attached below.

However, when I obtained theses, I used my old account connecting with removed email address and different phone number.

When I got this, I used an email address, ******@naver.com. I don't remember my old phone number since I had changed it several times, but I could guess it should be +82 01098874564.

I could still register these certificate in Linkedin but can I also redeem these certificates into this account?
