Sysprep and Capture Stalling

Hi,

I'm trying to run a sysprep and capture TS that I have built. I booted to audit mode, customized my image with my preferred software, and then tried running LiteTouch.wsf from my deployment share. The LiteTouch window opens and I can select my sysprep and capture TS, but after I select begin the window closes and nothing else happens. When I've run this TS before it's run properly, but on this image specifically it doesn't seem to be working. Attached is my BDD.log44400-bdd.log and my cs.ini that I use for captures.

[Settings]
Priority=Default
Properties=MyCustomProperty

[Default]
OSInstall=N
SkipCapture=NO
SkipAdminPassword=YES
SkipProductKey=YES
SkipComputerBackup=YES
SkipBitLocker=YES
SkipTimeZone=YES
SkipLocaleSelection=YES
DoCapture=YES
_SMSTSOrgName=*ORG*

I should have said this originally, but when looking at the log in CM Trace it's showing:

FAILURE (Err): 429: CreateObject(Microsoft.BDD.Utility) - ActiveX component can't create object	LiteTouch	12/2/2020 8:56:55 AM	0 (0x0000)
