Dear All,
I am facing issue while accessing Report server dashboard from Application Server Browser(Edge).
My Report Server URL is : http://IP:8081/Reports, https://ssl/Reports
browser is continuously asking for username and password even though credentials are correct.
Same thing I am able to do on report server where it is installed. There I am not facing any issues while accessing report server dashboard.
Following step I have performed to troubleshoot error
- Security permission for Domain User
- Domain user added in local administrator group
- Site Level Permission added based on user roles.
- Traffic able to reach on firewall
- Same user is working perfectly on production Server but on UAT facing issues
- Host name also added in local administrator group
- Perform Telnet, Tracrt etc.
- netsh http show urlacl --- ReportServer & Reports both url are reserved for SSRS
