Hi Experts,

Our customer currently has an ExpressRoute circuit, S2S, and P2S configured and operational. They are planning to implement Azure Virtual WAN and migrate all existing hybrid connections to this new VWAN. Could experts provide guidance on how to migrate these existing hybrid connections to the new VWAN, along with best practices and recommendations?"

Thanks & Regards,

Veera.

    @Veera ,

    Welcome to the Microsoft Q&A Platform. Thank you for reaching out & I hope you are doing well.

    You can use the following document as a reference before migrating :

    While there isn't a one stop migration plan that every environment can use, you can consider

    • First migrating VPN S2S Sites
    • Then P2S
    • And finally ExpressRoute users.
    • In case you have VNETs divided into environments, you can remove the peering from HubVNET and attach it to the vHUB of the vWAN based on
      • Dev
      • Test
      • And Production

    Should you have any queries specific to a situation, you can let me know and I shall try my best to address them

    Kindly let us know if this helps or you need further assistance on this issue.

    Thanks,

    Kapil
