Need more clarity on Azure Container Instances

The content mentioned here is invalid. Specially the line mentioning that Containers can be dynamically scaled. In my hello-world nginx application, I was unable to increase resources to container instance instead I had to delete the instance and then while creating new instance I can provide the resources. I am also unable to understand concept of Container Groups (it is not clear in documentation).

    Correct - Container Instances do not support dynamic scaling.
