GPT Model is not available in Azure AI Studio

I am trying to build a demo app with Azure AI Studio. I've successfully enrolled my subscription into the AI program. Some of the functionality works. However, I cannot deploy the models curated by Azure including all of the GPT ones. I am getting the error message 'This model is not available on the selected Azure OpenAI resource', see attached screenshot. The Studio and Services are deployed in the westus region.

Please advise how to deploy the GPT model using AI Studio.

Are you seeing this error for all models deployments? Model availability varies by region and cloud.

For model availability, check Azure OpenAI Service models page.

For Azure Government model availability, refer to Azure Government page.

From the screenshot you shared, I see that you are trying to deploy Gpt-4o model.

Please note that, The GPT-4o mini early access playground is currently only available for resources in West US3 and East US, and is limited to 10 requests every five minutes per subscription. Azure OpenAI content filters are enabled at the default configuration and cannot be modified. GPT-4o mini is a preview model and is currently not available for deployment/direct API access.

Please try creating the resources in East US and/or West US3 regions and let me know if that solves your issue.

I just tried in EAST US region and able to deploy the model successfully.

Please advise how to deploy the GPT model using AI Studio.
