So I recently bought an Acer Aspire 7 laptop with intel i5 12450H and Nvidia RTX 3050 4gb VRam GPU and 16 gb Ram. Everything works fine but in intervals of few days a problem occurs where when running some games it shows video card unsupported or some other error with my gpu like some errors with the gpu's directx support and stuff! And as I restart my laptop it throws me into a Blue Screen of Death with DXGKRNL FATAL ERROR. Even though after restarting everything goes back to normal still its very annoying and I am afraid something might happen to my laptop some day. So please help me fix this issue!! Hello,

    Perform a clean boot.

How to perform a clean boot in Windows - Microsoft Support

Then update your video card drivers. Outdated or corrupted device drivers can lead to the errors. Ensure that your video card driver, especially those related to your CPU, GPU, and motherboard, are up to date. You can visit the manufacturer websites to update drivers.

    Best Regards,
