Azure Provisioning Atlassian Account Failure

Question

I am an Atlassian Admin, we use Azure as our identity provider, but I noticed we are getting multiple errors in the Atlassian user provision logs, I am new to the company and this was set up prior to me.

We found 514,660 errors. To investigate, view the troubleshooting log.

Error: "Resource [USER] Invalid path filter pattern addresses[type eq "work"].formatted"

Now in Azure provisioning logs we are seeing the below error:

The black outs here are both emails.

The black out here is email.

First black out here is email, second is name like firstname lastlame.

From Atlassian I did find https://confluence.atlassian.com/cloudkb/user-provisioning-failing-with-resource-user-invalid-filter-in-azure-ad-1071827946.html and we seem to be set up correctly.

Question is, from the Azure side, what is this error long telling me? I have tried to research this for a while today and I am not really finding the answer.
