Windows Defender ran into a problem

I recently installed a game and uninstalled it. While installing, it created a "AiO Files" directory in the C drive. Which asked for permission in a dialogue box and I gave it. As windows defender found virus in the game files, I ran a offline scan. After the system booted up, I saw windows Defender to be turned off and asking for Restart. Clicking restart says, "We ran into a problem" I saw in the C drive properties>security tab, the Groups and user names shows "Unknown account" with account ID. It seems to have special access in the permissions menu. I am assuming this account is the cause of the problem as I have tried setting value of "DisableAntiSpyware" to be 0 and the system is free of viruses. Can anyone help me to change it to Users which I guess was before giving permission to modify files and thanks in advance.
