We reinstalled the new office

performed below steps
Log in to your mailbox in Outlook. Navigate to File > Options > Mail. Uncheck the Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder box. Click OK. Navigate to File > Exit to close Outlook. Open up Outlook again. Navigate to File > Options > Mail. Check the Save copies of messages in Sent Items folder box. Click OK.

Please click Deleted Items and click Recover Deleted Items from Server to check if the emails are deleted.
If you still cannot find the sent emails, agree with JR K Yoshikawa, it's suggested that you could contact you administrator to check if the sent emails are still stored on the server.
