How can not find a record of my Microsoft certifications in learning

Question

I earned my MCP in 2004 and MCTS in 2012. How am I able to see these certifications? My employer is requesting I 'connect' these certifications with their system and I do not see the certifications listed in my Microsoft account.

This has been most frustrating and any help is greatly appreciated.
