Here are a few steps you can try to resolve this:
Load RAID Drivers: During the Windows Server 2019 installation, you might need to load the RAID drivers manually. You can download the latest drivers for your RAID controller from the Dell support website. Save these drivers to a USB drive, and during the installation, click on “Load driver” when prompted.
Check RAID Configuration: Ensure that the RAID 5 array is properly configured and marked as bootable in the RAID controller settings. You can do this through the RAID controller’s BIOS or the Dell Lifecycle Controller.
Check Disk Management: After loading the drivers, if the RAID array still doesn’t appear, check the Disk Management utility in the Windows installer to see if the disks are listed as unallocated space.
