How do you access your computer , bitlocker has been activated and no recovery key was recorded? Thinkpad t14

Blocker was activated on my laptop without the passcode being recorded or written down. So I’m unable to get past the first screen without having the bit locker passcode. What are my options or what can I do in order to gain access to my laptop? I have access to the Microsoft, it shows that my laptop is registered however, there is no bit code recorded

    For home users, the only valid option would be that Microsoft account holding that bitlocker recovery key for device. I guess there are no other options.
