Thank you for reaching out to us. As I understand you are getting Policy is missing in AIP scanner.
There are multiple reasons why this error appears in Scanner - nodes (section) under AIP Blade.
a) Incorrect licensing
b) policies not defined in security compliance center portal
c) AIP scanner service is not started
d) incorrect API permissions.
