Please go to Visio, click File > Account > Product Information, check the version name.
I suggest you try following steps to have a check:
- Change the file save location
- Run Visio in Safe Mode first, then open one file to have a check. To run Visio in Safe Mode, please press and hold on Ctrl key, click or double-click Visio icon, until Viso asks do you want to start it in safe mode, then please release Ctrl key and click "Yes".
