If your Azure VM is not turning on, you can try the following steps to troubleshoot the issue:
Check the VM's status in the Azure portal to see if it is running or stopped. If it is stopped, try starting it.
Check the VM's boot diagnostics to see if there are any errors during the boot process. You can find the boot diagnostics in the Azure portal under the VM's Support + Troubleshooting section.
If the VM is running but you cannot connect to it, try resetting the Remote Desktop connection(Windows) or SSH connection(Linux)
If the VM is still not turning on, you can try redeploying it to a new Azure host. This can be done in the Azure portal under the VM's Support + Troubleshooting section.
