How do I create a password reset disk

Received a new Window Server 2022 pre-installed with Data Center but not set up with 1st user. In the course of setting up the server the password was set but not documented. The password has been forgotten and I need to set up a "password reset disk".

Hi, You need to be able to log in to create the disk.

I would just use a bootable disk like hi-ren boot cd, which content utility to reset local username password. (https://www.hirensbootcd.org/download/)
