Hi, so we are backed by Microsoft Founders Hub, and tried to redeem the Azure credits on the Founders Hub page - but when I try to activate a service on Azure using the same account, the credits don't reflect and am unable to use any AI service. Kindly help.

    Hi @Nikita Singh,

This issue could arise if you're not using the same subscription id that has been associated with your Founder's Hub assignment. I suggest verifying the subscription your signed into are the same. If they are, then please seek assistance from the Founders Hub support team.
