Hi, after creating link services for sharepoint and added new service principle ... it is giving error
how it is link with sharepoint without powershell scripting

Hi Vineet, There's not much to go on here. I'd suggest:
If that doesn't work, what does the error say when you click more? Without some more concrete info it's difficult to see what the issue is.
simple question how service principle knows shaarepoint and shake hands without powershell ??
You need to grant SharePoint Online site permissions to the service principal (step 2 of the prequisites): https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/data-factory/connector-sharepoint-online-list
You need to be SharePoint site admin to do this. This grants the service principal the correct permissions. "shake hands" as you put is done with the service principal key, or in your case AKV linked service.
