Dear Support Team,

Through the Microsoft admin panel, I made changes to my primary email and kept my previous email aliases.

Despite not being able to log in to Outlook, I am able to log in to other Microsoft apps such as Teams.

The attached message is displayed when I attempt to access Outlook.

Can you please help me in this regard?

Regards,

Anowarul Kabir Bhuiyan

    Hi @Anowarul Kabir Bhuiyan ,

    Thanks for your reply!

How did you access the account in Outlook? In Outlook desktop client?

If so, it is suggested that you could try to create a new profile(Control Panel>Mail>Show Profiles>add) and add the account with the correct credential to check if there are some differences.
