Hi All,

I am using sharepoint online. I have a unified group with an associated SharePoint site. I have a user who needs to be completely removed from the SharePoint site. I have checked the unified group, and the user is neither a member nor an owner of it. If any files have been shared from the SharePoint site to this user, how can I revoke those sharing permissions? How can I find out which files have been shared with this user from the SharePoint site? please guide me.

    Hi @Roger Roger,

You can check the permission the user has via:

    1. Click on Gear Icon > Site Settings
    2. Under User and Permissions, choose Site Permissions
    3. In the top ribbon, choose Check Permissions User's image
    4. In the User field, type the user’s name and click Check Now
    5. You will now see what kind of permissions the user has on a site User's image

If you want to revoke permissions, just go to the location as shown in "Given through" and delete the user in those group or files.
