    Hello,

    Here are some troubleshooting steps.

Change the Default Language for Edge:

    Open Microsoft Edge.

Click on the three horizontal dots (Settings and more) in the top-right corner of the browser window.

Select "Settings" from the dropdown menu.

In the Settings panel, click on "Languages" in the left-hand menu.

Move "English" to the top of the list by clicking on it and then clicking the "Move up" button.

    • Restart Edge after making these changes.

    Clear Browsing Data:

Go to "Privacy, search, and services" in the Settings panel.

Under "Clear browsing data," you can select what data to clear (e.g., cookies and site data).

    Click "Clear now."

    Reset Edge Settings:

If the above steps don't resolve the issue, you may want to reset Edge to its default settings.

In the Settings panel, go to "Reset settings" under "Privacy, search, and services."

Click "Restore settings to their default values" and then "Reset" to confirm.

Make sure that you have the latest version of Edge installed. Go to "Help and feedback" in the Settings panel and select "About Microsoft Edge" to check for updates.

    Best Regards,

    Hania Lian
