PLS help me i can't use android emulator

Hi.
I'm having trouble with my laptop. The Hyper-V on my laptop can't turn off without the Windows Sandbox or the Sandbox without Hyper-V, but my emulator said that I need to turn off both of them. Things I have done: (but can't turn off both of them) (All of them said "We couldn't complete the features undoing changes don't turn off your computer)

·Turn off by Powershell
· by BIOS
· by "Turning on/off windows features in control panel"
· by Create a new operating system (CMD)
