I configured Standard_NV4as_v4 VM but I failed to install its GPU drivers, I need help with this Is there a way to configure drivers automatically for AMD GPUs like there for NVIDIA(extensions) on Azure?

I am working with Standard_NV4as_v4 VM I need to install gpu drivers for it so that i can utilise it. I am using this to work with some small language models.

    There is not currently an extension for AMD GPUs available. Please follow the instructions here to install AMD Driver for NVv4 VMs.
