Losing saves when we are working more accounts on excell

Hello in my organization we got a problem . Each time we work in the same excell spreadsheet with differents Accounts we always risking to lose what a single account do because it don't save well when opened in multiple Accounts. Both if it's in autosave or normal save. Is there a work around to stay safe each time we work on the same file?

    Did you use Microsoft 365 in your organization?

    How did you share the files?

    Where did you save the files?

    I suggest check if your organization can collaborate on Excel workbooks at the same time with co-authoring:
