How to sign in to Microsoft teams when it said that my license doesn't include access

I need to sign in my Mapua account to MICROSOFT TEAMS in order for me to join my block mates incase we are given an activities or there's an announcement related to our school subjects. But the problem is, even I used my right account, I'm still not allowed to sign in because it said that my license doesn't include to Microsoft teams

Could you please tell me:

Is your account an account in an organization or a personal account?

If your account is an account in an organization, please contact your administrator to assign you a corresponding Teams license.

If your account is a personal account, please contact your administrator to invite you to the organization as a guest user.
