SharePoint 2019 & Office online on-premises file/folder lock

Hi All,

we have sharepoint 2019 on-premises farm, all roles installed on separate server, and also under this sharepoint farm we have office online on-premises server.

1. we have create the multiple site collections in SP farm.
2. office file create/edit working fine in office online app and local office application.
3. issue is when we edit any file it save successfully, but when we rename same file/folder or delete in DL or other Document library, its give us error the file is lock with user. but no other user used that file only one user. kindly help to resolve this issue.

Hi All,

The issue was resolved after applying the latest Office online patch.
