Good day to all admin and personal, anyone who could help me out... my organization use Entra Id which i initially set up with a Microsoft Authenticator, everything is fine and i can easily access my account anytime, anywhere but recently ichanged my phone and i tried to login into the authenticator app, but i keep getting a password error message....I have tried to reset this many times but all to no avail. Please help. I cannot access my paystub nor benefit. This is a major issue1000232685

    Hello Bilikis Oriolowo,

    Thanks for your question.

    You will need to contact your organizations IT admin to help re-register you for MFA to resolve this.

    Them doing this will re-register you for MFA and you will need to re-enroll.
