How to prevent a flow of similar alerts from Azure Monitor?

We received hundreds of similar alerts from Azure Monitor for only 5 storage accounts: "A new recommendation is available: Storage accounts should restrict network access using virtual network rules"
Is there a way to prevent such a flow of similar alerts coming from Azure Advisor? We'd like to avoid getting unnecessary alerts. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

We are integrating with ServiceNow and need to avoid the creation of multiple tickets when the rule is set to notify the action group in every instance, when we really only need the initial email to go to ServiceNow and not the subsequent ones for the exact same issue. The suppression rules do not currently allow for this.
