I'm having issue w/Powerpoint for some slides where text does not look the same when opened on different computers.

  1. Both have same MS Office version
  2. Both are Windows, not Mac/Apple
  3. User has locked text boxes and pictures and selected 'Do not autofit' under text box format
  4. Selected 'PRESERVE FIDELITY WHEN SHARING THIS PRESENATION', check box 'Embed fonts in the file'.  Check 'Embed only the characters.....'
  5. Replaced fonts to common font, Arial
  6. When opened in Google slides, the text on the slides are formatted correctly.

The above have not rendered the solution.

Any ideas?

Thank you.

    Hi @Sandra Mann

Could you please show us some screenshots?

Besides, please go to PowerPoint, click File > Account, check the version number under "Product Information".

Currently, I suggest you check if the monitor resolution is the same.

I also suggest you go to Control Panel > Clock and Region > Region > Administrative Tab, check if the option of "Current system locale" is same.
