Hello

we had a problem that when we finished deploy windows 11 pro via SCCM ,we can not use Chinese Input Method, it requires us to download the Chinese "biasc typing",but if we do not update Some specific windows patches, we cannot download "biasc typing" corretly.

i was just wondering if you know which patches caused this problem. if i know the patch which caused this, we can package it in our sccm next time. Thanks in advance

    Hi 龙 陈,

Thanks for your post. We have experienced similar problems that was resolved by the following steps. Kindly select one of the problem machines and try the following methods.

Method that worked: 1. Remove all language packs installed in Optional Features

    1. Remove all secondary languages under Time and Language (Just leave the main one)
    2. Run an In-Place Windows 11 upgrade (link provided below on how, might take quite a while involving multiple auto restarts. apps and files are not affected at all, read info in link)
    3. Reinstall secondary languages, they should still take quite a long while but a tad under 45 minutes for me
