Issue with Azure Free Account Deactivation and Support Access
Hello Azure Support Team,
I am experiencing an issue with my Azure free account, and I need your assistance. I signed up for a free Azure student account in mid-July, primarily for practice related to the AZ-900 certification. I have only used the account to create a single virtual machine as part of my certification study.
Today, I received an email stating that my free credit has expired, and my subscription and services have been disabled. The email mentions that my subscription data will be permanently deleted on September 26, 2024, if I do not upgrade to a pay-as-you-go plan.
Given that I have not exceeded the free credit limits, I am concerned that this issue may be related to an account or billing error. However, I am unable to submit a support ticket through the usual channels because I am using my university email address for this account, which seems to be causing difficulties with support access.
