Autoruns looks bad in 4K

Try running Autoruns on a 4K monitor, or any other HDPI display. You will almost not be able to read the entries.

Unfortunately, someone messed up attaching screenshots in this forum (please, someone fix that - just give it a try).

From the properties of Autoruns.exe and/or Autoruns64.exe, check out the high DPI settings in the Compatibility tab. There are two settings that can be configured. Hopefully one of them should work for you.
