You can view the Call Detail Report to look at an individual call on Skype for Business server.

To access Call Detail report, it needs to deploy monitoring in Skype for Business server.

On the Deploy page, under Step 2: Setup or Remove Skype for Business Server Components, click Run Again.

Failed to find SQL Service. Make sure that SQL Server service (instance name mon2019) is installed in machine sfb2019.domain.com

As I know, you cannot get users’ IP addresses.

Perhaps, you could use Centralized Logging Service to log on Skype for Business pools. Then, look through the log files and check the users’ IP addresses. However, the log files only contain the period of running time.
