You can update your VS2022 to the latest version, sign out and sign into your account.
Installed latest version of VS 2022 and pressed "Refresh" Button.
Still the issue persists. kindly help ASAP

I just upgrade Visual Studio to latest version, now i am not able to sign in with my account even in the visual studio. It signs in with different account. It displays two accounts but always sign in with the account that is not registered as a developer
Also when signing in azure portal, it gives the error as attached in the attachment

Hello, please close VS and go to Windows Start menu, open the Developer Command Prompt for VS 2022 as administrator, then run the command: devenv /resetuserdata to clear up the VS cache.
Then, you can sign into your account and try again.
