Unable to run Macros. How do I fix this?

I am unable to run any macros on any of my excel files. I've tried changing the properties of the file to unblock macros. I've also made sure that macros are enabled under macro security. But nothing works! Would anyone know of a way to fix this issue?

Could you please tell us which version of Office are you using now?

Do you mean this issue occurs with macro in local new created workbook?

Where are your workbooks saved?

Is there any error message or error code when you run macros?

If macros from the internet are blocked, please refer to this article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365-apps/security/internet-macros-blocked

If macros from local are blocked either, I suggest you repair Office from Control Panel for a check.

Put the file in a Trusted Location, or add the current folder to the Trusted Locations.
File > Options > Trust Center > Trust Center Settings > Trusted Locations.
