I'm trying to log into my school email address and it's not letting me -

saying theres a problem verifying my account. It will pop up with the prompt screen for the authenticator app and then it will go away and won't let me verify via phone, text, or other code from the authenticator app.

    You need to contact your Microsoft 365 admin. If you don't know who to contact at your work/school for help, try asking the person who gave you your Microsoft 365 user account and password.
