can we install routing and remote access in windows 10 or windows 11?

RRAS, being a server role is not supported in Windows 10 or Windows 11. You need to have Server for that.

If you are looking to set up a VPN on Windows 10, you can do so without using RRAS. Here are the steps to set up a VPN server on Windows 10:

1. Open Network Connections: Press Win + R, type ncpa.cpl, and hit Enter.
2. Set Up a New Connection: Click on "File" in the menu bar, then "New Incoming Connection".
3. Select Users: Choose the users who can connect remotely. If needed, you can create new users.
4. Allow Connections: Check the box for "Through the Internet" to allow VPN connections.
5. Configure IP Settings: Click on "Properties" for "Internet Protocol Version 4 (TCP/IPv4)" and configure the IP address range for VPN clients.
6. Start the VPN Server: Click "Allow Access" to start the VPN server.

If you need the full range of RRAS features, you will need to use a Windows Server OS.
