How to check windows edition upgrade in event logs

I want to know if there is any way to check the windows edition upgrade logs from event viewer

I have searched but only found the way to view log files from local disk

Is anyone know about this??

    Hello,

    General errors and warnings during the upgrade process are usually logged in the system log. In the tree view on the left, find "Windows Logs" -> "System".

    For more detailed logs, especially related to the Windows Update service, you'll need to review the Applications and Services Logs -> “Microsoft” -> “Windows” -> “WindowsUpdateClient” -> “Operational”。
