Yes, I reported this error but I have been having this error for almost 1 month. I have tried different methods like:
Using SFC tool
Using DISM tool
Enable Net.Framework 3.5
Temporarily turn off firewall
Turn off VPN
Temporarily turn off antivirus
Free up disk space.
I have tried the above methods and it did not work. I hope this error will go away.

1.Running the update troubleshooter. Select Settings > Update & Security > Troubleshoot > Additional troubleshooters > Windows Update > Run the troubleshooter.
2.Manually downloading the updates from Microsoft Update Catalog.
