How to verify 1> accuracy and 2> freshness for responses (to prompts) which I get from Open AI?

I am creating prompts such as the below to get latest answers from Open AI and I do get very good quality answers as you can see OpenAI's answer to my prompt below.

Prompt: Summarize between 700 to 800 words Azure Health Bot, specifically highlighting what all data including configuration data are collected and how is it processed and for what purposes?

However, I'm unable to verify 2 things here

1> Accuracy of Open Ai response (bc I'm unable to get from Open AI the urls from where it is sourcing this data)

2> Freshness (not sure how fresh is this data); and if it is not fresh is there anyway i can prompt OpenAI to once again get very latest updates from same sources it generated the above answers from. And if so what is the corresponding prompt to get that?

Can someone pls help me? Thanks

Shashi Kosalram Greetings & Welcome to Microsoft Q&A forum!

1> Accuracy of Open Ai response (bc I'm unable to get from Open AI the urls from where it is sourcing this data)

You can ask follow-up query or modify the prompt to provide source of the answer.

Content freshness depends on the type of model we are using and the cut-off data it has been trained on.

Please check Azure OpenAI Service models for more details on model availability and cut-off information.

Also, see Prompt engineering techniques for some advanced techniques in prompt design and prompt engineering.

Do let me know if that helps or have any other queries.
