Displaying Document Library Content as HTML on SharePoint Page

Hello,

My requirement is to select a document from the Document Library on a SharePoint site and display the document content as HTML or as a web page on a SharePoint page.

How can I achieve this?

Hi @sonal khatri,

If you want to display a document on a page. In SharePoint Online you can use a File viewer web part. It will show all the contents inside the file and provide basic interactions.

With this approach, I can display Word documents and Excel files, but I am not able to display PPT files.

Hi @sonal khatri,

The file viewer only support pdf, png, docx, csv, mp3, mp4 and xlsx. Currently there is no such solution for pptx.

Since fileviewer doesn't support .pptx file currently. It is highly recommended that you can raise a new ticket on feedback. Many features of our current products are designed and upgraded based on customers’ feedback. With requirements like this increase, the problem may well be released in the future.
