Identity Validation Request taking too much time

Hello,

We would to use Azure Trusted Signing to issue a code signing certificate for in-house applications.

We have opened an identity validation request 3 weeks ago and uploaded the required documents since then. In parallele we have opened another one, as the documentation states that it is possible. However both requests are still in the "in progress" state.

It is getting urgent as our current main code signing certificate is about to expire, and we would really like to switch to Azure rusted Signing certificates.

Here are our requests IDs :

Can you help us get a validation quickly ?

Thank you !

@dg38: You must have received email to upload documentation to further process the request. Please upload documents that are: domain registration/invoice or renewal that lists entity/contact and domain as they are stated in your account. All documents submitted must be issued within the previous 12 months or where the expiration date is a future date that is at least two months away.
