Microsoft List: Split an entry with a multiple choice column into separate entries with single choice.

HI all,

I am fairly new to using Power Automate and are trying yo build a flow that splits an entry with a multiple choice column (method) into several entries with only one method selected, see picture.User's image

I have found some treads with similar questions and answers but I cannot figure out how make it for my flow.

hope some of you great experts can help me with this issue.
