    Dear Chhajer, Abhishek,

    Welcome to Microsoft Q&A community!

Did you use Exchange Online mailbox or Outlook.com account?

Did you want to block or report this message for sender?

Based on my experience, if you could get the sender email address, you could block it in Outlook:

Block a mail sender - Microsoft Support

    • Right-click a message from the sender you want to block, and then click Junk > Block Sender.

Or report it via Report Message:

Use the Report Message add-in - Microsoft Support
