Azure cosmos db postgresql data explorer showing The Network settings for this account are preventing access from Data Explorer. Please allow access from Azure Portal to proceed. how to resolve this?

Hello
i have setup an Azure cosmosDB for Postgresql but imunable to connect to the database using PGadmin in my client machine even i have tried with the public access. the dataexplorer is showing me the error as in the screenshot.

Ensure that your current IP address is allowed in the network settings of your Cosmos DB account. You can do this by navigating to the Networking section in the Azure portal and adding your IP address.
