my screen is black when i login to remote desktop for opening active directory that i have created with azzure..What to do please?

hello,i have created a virtual machine on my azzure and in the moment i insert my credentials to open iot the screen apears black.Can somebody help me ???

    Open Remote Desktop Connection app > Show Options > Under Display > try lowering the display resolution or adjusting the color depth to 16-bit.

    Open Remote Desktop Connection app > Experience > Uncheck the option "Persistent bitmap caching."

    You can attempt to restart your Remote Desktop service and relaunch Explorer using PowerShell. At the same time, please check your PC's performance, including CPU and memory usage.
