How to notify a reviewer when the review date has passed on Teams/SharePoint

Hello,

I have a Document Library in MS Teams/SharePoint. I have a column called 'Reviewer', which pulls from Office 365. This is the 'Person/Group' option in SharePoint. I also have a Date column called 'Review Date'. This is the standard Date picker option in SharePoint.

Concept: User uploads a document, sets the reviewer and a review date.

What I want: When the review date hits on a document, an email is sent to the reviewer to let them know the document is due to a review. Currently the review date column is self pick, so users select the review date themselves.

I was going to use a Power Automate template for this, but I am not sure which option to select as none really seem relevant.

Any help would be appreciated :)

This is how it looks in Teams/SharePoint:

Thanks,

Katie.

    Hi @Katie Grant - BAS

You can create a flow that runs every day.

This flow checks every day whether there is an item with Review Date equal to today. If there is an item equal to today, an email is sent to the Reviewer.

I did a test for your reference:
