Azure invoices cannot be modified after they have been issued via the portal, so re-issuing may be a problem.
I will recommend you reach out to billing support to assist you with this change.
To do this, create a ticket here and select billing https://azure.microsoft.com/en-us/support/create-ticket
You can mark it 'Accept Answer' and 'Upvote' if this helped you
