Microsoft Family Safety stopped blocking websites

This specific feature stopped working, worked yesterday morning. ------ Only use allowed websites - this setting is not working in Family Safety. It worked up until yesterday, and then stopped working for both of my children's accounts. Both computers are updated and have been restarted, still does not work. Is this a system wide error on your end?
Go to Family Safety, select child, select edge tab, scroll to Filter Settings, Goggle "Only Use Allowed Websites." That toggle stopped working. Now my kids can surf the internet unrestricted on Edge.
I spent a couple of hours on the chat, getting transferred back and forth from "Ambassadors" to tech support, even let one remote into my machine. They all say, "Could you please allow me 2-3 minutes so that I could resolve your issue." No one the chat actually works; they just keep you on the line while the clock runs.
Does anyone know how to get this resolved?

MS has transferred me around and disconnected me twice. I imagine this is a larger issue if it's happened to a few people. I imagine most users with this problem are not coming across this post. I know I didn't for most of my research today.

I can't believe this is happening. How can I trust a Microsoft software if something like this happen? I could be anything else like a security breach and your private data could be gone... Please hope you can fix it soon!
